Rooms are booked and confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance deposit. - Check-in 1:00pm /Check-out time 11am, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. - Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, common-area and other indoor areas. - Guests are not allowed to consume any food or beverage in the rooms, common area and other indoor areas except for the Restaurant and Dining Hall. Our interiors are done with organic plaster and if any guest is found to voilate this rule, there is a fine of Rs. 5,000. Any damages or cleaning cost incurred to bring the room in its original condition will be borne by the guests. - Ours is a pet friendly property, but guests are required to take care of their pets. Any damage or harm caused to the property by the pet or its actions will be borne by the guest. Guests are requested to bring their own beds for their pets. - The location is surrounded by wildlife, while we have taken all the measures to make sure the property is secure from any wild animal intrusion, guests are requested to make sure their pets are safe. Management takes no responsibility in case of any mishappening with the pets.
